Imphal, January 19 2022: A 3-day training programme on 'Harvest and post-harvest fisheries' was organised by Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Imphal East), Central Agricultural University at the Training Hall of Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Andro from January 17-19 .

Speaking at the inaugural ceremony of the training programme, S Motibala Devi, programme co-ordinator, KVK spoke about the benefits of rearing fishes and the variety of nutritional products that can be made from them, as per a statement released by KVK, Andro.

The statement further added that many subject experts imparted their invaluable knowledge on the topic during the course of the training programme.
