Imphal, September 19 2021: A bust of nationalist Hijam Irabot will be erected at Tentha Makha Leikai on September 21 as part of the 125th birth anniversary of the revered leader.

The bust made of fibre glass by renowned artist Banamari Sharma has been donated by social and cultural activist Rakesh Naorem of Tentha Khongbal to Tentha Makha Leikai Youth Development Organisation (TMYDO), Tentha Khunjao.

The bust will be 12 feet high along with its foundation.

Khapri Industry Private Limited chairman and managing director Khangembam Priyojit, TMYDO president Naorem Naocha alias Khoimu and Iramdam Financial Solution Private Limited & MDF Group of Companies CEO cum chairman Huidrom Khulchandra will attend the unveiling event as chief guest, president and special guest respectively.
