Imphal, November 05 2020: Climate activist Licypriya Kangujam has thanked President Ramnath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for introducing an ordinance to monitor the air quality in Delhi and its neighbouring States.

A press release issued by Team Licypriya said that Ram Nath Kovind approved to set up a permanent commission to check the air quality in Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan.
