Imphal, November 30 2023: Dr Tourangbam Brajakumar has been selected as one of the panellists of the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 28) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change to be held at Dubai till December 12 .
The conference began today (November 30) .
Dr T Brajakumar is the Director of Directorate of Environment and Climate, Government of Manipur and he will speak on December 3 under the theme "Climate Risk Profile for Adoption Plan in Manipur" .
