Kakching, November 04 2021: A Water ATM and waiting shed constructed by Mayeng Lamjao Gram Panchayat under Langmeidong CD Block was inaugurated on Thursday.
The Water ATM near Lamjao Mayai Leikai Public Pond was constructed under the 15th Finance Commission 2020-2021 while the waiting shed was constructed with funds from the National Panchayat Award 2020.The inaugural event was participated by Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Deputy Director Abujam Romen; Langmeidong CD Block, BDO Sh Gunamani; Mayeng Lamjao Gram Panchayat, Pradhan Urikhinbam Narjit; Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Manipur, SAGY & RURBAN Mission Manipur, State Nodal Officer Kh Ibochouba and M/S Capital Enterprises, CEO/proprietor Sorokhaibam Chandramani among others.
