Kakching, October 17 2021: Lamjing Meira (A Social Development Organisation) Kakching organised Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav programme at its office located near Kha Manipur College Kakching on Sunday.
The programme was attended by Writers Association Kakching advisor P Nimai Singh as chief guest, Lamjing Meira president Sh Joychandra as president and Kakching Higher Secondary Schopl senior lecturer Nongmaithem Sunita Devi as guest of honour.
During the programme, expert speakers recounted the stories of the freedom fighters for the residents of Lamjing Meira-run rehabilitation centre to encourage them overcome obstacles in life.
